A stunning and substantial British studio art glass vase by renowned glass artist Siddy Langley, personally signed and dated 1999.
This beautiful hand-blown vase features a rich, luminous iridescent blue finish displaying wonderful flashes of turquoise, violet and bronze as the light catches its surface.
The rounded, almost spherical body is decorated with flowing dark trails intersecting delicate clusters of white organic forms, creating a striking abstract composition with an almost underwater quality.
The narrow circular opening contrasts beautifully with the generous proportions of the body, making this an impressive sculptural piece even without flowers.
The underside bears the artist’s signature, Siddy Langley, together with the date 1999.
