Vintage Egyptian Style Blue Glass Perfume Bottle Hand Painted Floral Gilt Dauber

Beautiful vintage blue glass perfume or scent bottle, featuring delicate hand-painted white floral decoration highlighted with gold gilt detailing.

The bottle has an elegant pedestal form with a flared circular foot and decorative neck. It retains its attractive matching glass stopper, formed as a ribbed leaf or teardrop shape with raised gilt decoration.

The stopper incorporates a long glass dauber which sits inside the bottle.

The style, construction and hand-painted decoration are consistent with vintage Egyptian decorative perfume bottles, although there is no maker’s mark or label present, so the exact origin cannot be confirmed.
