Vintage Chinese Cloisonné Lidded Bowl Trinket Box Lotus Floral Enamel 10cm

Vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel lidded bowl / trinket box featuring a beautiful lotus flower and foliage design.

The exterior has a cream-coloured enamel ground covered with intricate gilt wirework, with yellow lotus flowers, rich green leaves and delicate blue detailing.

The interior is finished in the traditional vibrant turquoise blue enamel, with gilt/brass-toned rims to both sections.

An attractive larger example of Chinese cloisonné that displays particularly well and would make a lovely decorative box, jewellery container or addition to a collection of Asian decorative arts.
