Vintage Chinese Cloisonné Enamel Trinket Box

A beautifully decorated vintage Chinese cloisonné box featuring flowering branches against a striking turquoise ground.

The exterior has particularly detailed wirework, with small repeating cloud-scroll motifs covering the turquoise enamel ground. Pink, yellow and purple flowers decorate the domed lid, complemented by green branches and foliage.

The interior and underside are finished in a rich cobalt-blue enamel, with brass-coloured rims and foot.

A lovely decorative piece and an attractive example of vintage Chinese cloisonné work.
