Vintage Guernsey Island Studio Glass Posy Vase

A beautiful handmade Guernsey studio glass vase with a wonderfully decorative flower-shaped rim.

The glass combines fresh shades of green, aqua blue and white, with swirling trails running through the rounded body and continuing into the individually formed petals around the opening. The colours change beautifully as the light passes through the glass.

The vase retains its original black and gold “Handmade Guernsey – Island Studio Glass” label and also has the characteristic impressed Guernsey mark to the base.

A particularly attractive small piece of vintage Channel Islands studio glass and a lovely example for a collection.
