Isle of Wight Studio Glass Wild Garden 2007 Easter Egg Timothy Harris Boxed

Isle of Wight Studio Glass Wild Garden glass egg dating to 2007, complete with its original presentation tube and Isle of Wight Studio Glass information leaflet.

A particularly attractive piece of British studio glass, featuring a rich green ground decorated with delicate white flower canes, fine trailing detail and shimmering gold-toned inclusions.

The polished base is engraved 2007 and retains its original Isle of Wight Glass gold paper label. The label shows some wear and surface loss, as clearly shown in the photographs.

The Wild Garden design was created by Timothy Harris and is one of Isle of Wight Studio Glass’s wonderfully organic designs, inspired by the colours and textures of nature.

Condition:
Very good pre-owned condition. I have not noted any chips or cracks. The original paper label on the base is worn and partially damaged, and the presentation tube shows some light age/storage wear. Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description.

As a handmade studio-glass piece, variations, bubbles and irregularities associated with the making process are part of its individual character rather than manufacturing uniformity.

A lovely example for a collector of Isle of Wight Studio Glass, Timothy Harris glass or modern British art glass.
