Andrew Sanders Signed Studio Art Glass Vase – Iridescent Trumpet Form (15cm)

A beautiful signed studio art glass vase by British glass artist Andrew Sanders, with an elegant tall trumpet form and wonderfully delicate iridescent decoration.

The vase has a softly frosted, almost satin-like translucent body, rising to a broad flared rim. Around the upper section is a striking band of blue, turquoise, white and mauve-purple glass decoration, creating an attractive shimmering effect that changes subtly with the light.

The combination of the slender body and dramatically flared rim gives the piece a very graceful silhouette and makes it an eye-catching example of contemporary British studio glass.

The underside is hand signed/engraved Andrew Sanders, as shown in the photographs.
