$280.00

Shipping to United States: $49.01

A beautiful antique yellow ground cloisonné vase of elegant Gu form, dating to the early 20th century. The vase is decorated with colourful floral sprays against a finely detailed geometric key fret ground in rich yellow enamel, complemented by copper rims and a warm aged patina.

The proportions are particularly pleasing, with a flared rim and foot framing the rounded central body. The vibrant combination of turquoise, cobalt blue, emerald green and deep red enamels makes this an eye-catching decorative piece that displays beautifully.

Likely produced during the late 19th to early 20th century, this vase is representative of the high-quality cloisonné wares produced for the export market.

Condition
Presented in very good antique condition with light age-related wear consistent with its age. The enamel remains bright and glossy with no obvious dents visible. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
