A striking vintage hand-blown studio art glass vase, attributed to the Škrdlovice school of Czech glassmaking and dating to the mid to late 20th century.
This beautifully sculptural piece features an organic six-point freeform rim with dramatic flowing white veiling suspended within a heavy clear glass casing. The feathered white decoration creates an ethereal, cloud-like effect that changes with the light, giving the vase exceptional depth and movement.
The underside has a polished pontil, confirming traditional hand-finishing, while the substantial weight and fluid form are characteristic of quality European studio glass.
Although unsigned, the design and construction closely resemble work produced by the renowned Škrdlovice Glassworks in Czechoslovakia during the 1970s and early 1980s. It is therefore offered as an attribution rather than a definitive identification.
