Large Vintage Moroccan Hand-Painted Ceramic Bowl with Filigree Overlay – Statement Centrepiece

A stunning large vintage hand-painted Moroccan ceramic bowl featuring an exceptionally intricate hand-applied white metal filigree overlay.

Measuring an impressive 39.5 cm in diameter and weighing approximately 2.8 kg, this is a substantial decorative statement piece that would make a beautiful centrepiece for a dining table, coffee table or display cabinet.

The bowl has been individually hand painted in traditional cobalt blue on a creamy white glazed earthenware body. The decoration is enhanced by an elaborate pierced white metal overlay, painstakingly formed and applied by hand, creating a striking blend of ceramic and metal craftsmanship.

Unlike many smaller decorative examples, this bowl has remarkable presence due to its generous size and weight.
