Vintage Brass Buddha Head Sculpture Hollow Cast Bodhisattva Figure 11cm

An unusual vintage hollow-cast brass Buddha or Bodhisattva head sculpture featuring an ornate crowned headdress decorated with traditional Eastern symbols and decorative motifs.

The figure displays a rich dark aged patina with areas of wear revealing the underlying brass beneath. Verdigris and oxidation are present within some recessed areas, adding character and highlighting the age of the piece.

This is a hollow-cast decorative figure rather than a vessel, with an open underside from the original manufacturing process.

A striking display piece suitable for collectors of Buddhist art, Asian antiques, meditation décor, spiritual objects and curiosities.
