Set of 6 Chinese Cloisonné Enamel Bowls, Turquoise Floral Mid Century Asian Decorative Enamelware

Beautiful matching set of six vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel bowls, each featuring rich turquoise blue interiors with intricate floral and foliate decoration in coloured enamel and brass wirework.

The bowls have a very decorative mid-century Chinese cloisonné look, with vivid turquoise enamel contrasted against green, red, blue and pale pink floral detail. The set displays beautifully together and would suit a cabinet, console table, oriental-inspired interior, collector’s display or decorative tablescape.

The bowls show many attractive qualities associated with hand-crafted cloisonné enamelware, including detailed wirework, textured enamel surfaces, bright colour and fully decorated bases.

Approximate measurements for each bowl:

• Diameter: 11cm
• Depth: 5.5cm

Condition:

Overall very good vintage condition with age-related wear consistent with older cloisonné enamelware. There is minor surface wear, light spotting and small imperfections from age and manufacture, as expected with vintage enamel pieces.
